North Hills is newest historical district in Riverside

24 homes near Fairmount Park are included in the city of Riverside's newest historically designated neighborhood of homes known as North Hill.built in the 1910s and 1920s, homes located in the distrit will be required to keep the look of their property faithful to the same time period in which the neighborhood was developed.
